When you request a reservation, we collect your name, contact number, optional email, itinerary, travel dates, passenger and baggage counts, selected vehicle and any notes you provide. Please avoid adding identity documents, payment-card details or unrelated sensitive information.
How your information is used
New Era Holiday Sdn Bhd uses these details to respond to your enquiry, check vehicle and luggage suitability, arrange your journey and manage changes. Booking requests are stored on the website’s server and are available only through authorised staff access.
WhatsApp and email
WhatsApp buttons open a conversation with our team. When a trip summary is included, review it and press Send yourself. WhatsApp and your email provider handle information under their own policies. The site does not automatically send your request by WhatsApp or email.
Preferences and request protection
Your language preference is saved in this browser. The booking service uses a short-lived hashed identifier to limit repeated submissions. The booking form does not request payment-card information. Our team provides payment instructions for the required 30% deposit after confirming the fare.
