A request, then a confirmation
Submitting the booking form saves a reservation request and generates a reference. It does not guarantee a vehicle or confirm a booking. Our team confirms vehicle availability, the itinerary, passenger and baggage arrangements, and the final fare with you.
Advance booking and deposits
Please request your journey at least 12 hours before pickup. All times use Malaysia time, UTC+8. A 30% deposit based on the final confirmed fare is required to secure your booking. Our team provides payment instructions after checking availability and the fare; your booking is confirmed only after the deposit is received and the team confirms it.
Rates and route applicability
Hourly hire starts at RM60, RM100 or RM120 per hour depending on the vehicle, with a minimum three-hour booking. The rate cards include the driver, fuel and highway tolls. Airport transfers have separate listed prices; the team checks whether those fares apply to your actual pickup and destination. Day trips, multi-day journeys and business itineraries receive a route-specific quote.
Passengers, bags and special requests
The vehicle guide lists passenger capacity excluding the driver. Luggage space depends on bag sizes and the seating arrangement. Let us know about children, child-seat requests, strollers, mobility needs and large items so the team can check suitable arrangements. Special requests are subject to confirmation.
Changes, cancellations and additional charges
Contact our 24-hour team with your reference for a change or cancellation. Please ask the team to confirm any applicable change or cancellation conditions, waiting time, parking or other additional charges before confirming your journey.
